What we can settle

Anything about the wipes. Whether an eight-inch square is too large for a newborn or just right. How wet is wet enough. Why the same wipe costs ten cents in the pack of two hundred and five in the pack of twelve hundred. Whether the box of twelve fits on a shelf, and what it weighs when it lands on the doorstep. Whether the cotton can go in a compost bin, and why it must never go in a toilet.

Corrections most of all. If a number here argues with the one on the pack in your hand, tell us the page and the figure. We fix it on the next update and say what changed.

What belongs to the till

Where a parcel is, what a refund is doing, why a delivery slipped a day: those live with the shop that took your money, and they can see the order while we cannot. Payment, delivery and returns happen at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site.

How long we take

One mailbox, read by the people who keep this site. Questions about the wipes come back inside a working day or two. A correction that needs the data rebuilt comes back twice: once to say we have it, once when it is live.
